Beginning Sewing for Kids: Learn all the basics and sew 6 complete projects!
Learn to identify parts of the machine, practice and use seam allowances and finishes, turning corners, curves all while sewing 6 fun projects.
Projects: pin cushion, a patchwork pillow, a hot chocolate cozy, journal cover, tote, and a zip coin pouch and complete a sample book to be your guide in your future sewing endeavors.

Kids Sewing: Pajama Time
Learn to sew PJ pants and a pocket pillow.
Learn to use a simple pattern, sew curved seams, add an elastic waistband, hem a garment & construct your own pajama pants. Learn a quick zipper technique and patch pocket as you stitch up a fun pocket pillow.
Round We-Go Ruffle Pillow: Create a fun ruffle pillow and complete it in one class.
Learn the best technique for creating and applying ruffles. Rotary cut the perfect right triangles to create a simply pieced pillow with fabulous ruffles.
July 16, 18 & 20
Kids Class: Harry Potter class of Witchcraft and Stitchery – create a wizarding robe and a pet to bring to Hogwarts! (Some sewing experience recommended for fully lined version, non lined version available for beginners upon request.)
Sew a lined wizarding robe following a PDF pattern, learn to use a printable pattern and sew in a lining. Apply simple applique and create a fun pet stuffie.
Scrap Quilt Club meets on the 1st Saturday of the month from 10am-4pm. $15 per person.
All Night Sew meets the 2nd Saturday of the month from 5pm-12am. $15 per person.
Hand Appliqué Group meets every Monday, except Holidays from 10am-12pm
Embroidery Club meets the 3rd Tuesday of the month from 10am-12pm
Class Registration: It is necessary to pre-register and pre-pay for all classes to reserve your space. Registration may be paid by cash, check or credit card in person or by phone with a credit card.
Refund Policy: Because we make a commitment to our instructors a week prior to the start of their classes and our instructors make a commitment along with their preparations for their classes for you, there are no refunds for cancellations. Cancellations made at least one week (seven days) in advance will receive a store credit for another class. Class fee is forfeited for cancellations made less than seven days in advance. No refunds or credits will be given after the class begins and no refunds will be given to “no shows.” This policy will be strictly enforced, and no exceptions will be made.
There is always a possibility that a class may be canceled due to insufficient enrollment. If a class is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, registered students will be contacted and given the choice of receiving a full refund or credit for another class. Students are encouraged to register early to help prevent cancellations.
